National Coaching Certification Program(NCCP).

Assistant Coach Etobicoke Rangers Juniors 2024

Head Coach of the Etobicoke Rangers 18U Elite Team(EBLO) for the 2022/23 season.

Currently working with various REP teams around the GTA running team practices.

IN 2020/21, I did all year round Training and Development for the Martingrove 15U OBA Team.

In 2016/17-2019/20, I was responsible for the Training and Development for 16U North Toronto Elite team in the EBLO. I spent 4 years with that team developing them in 13U, 14U, and 15U Divisions.

In fact I am one of only a few coaches to ever coach in 4 different leagues. The CPBL with Team Ontario, EBLO with North Toronto and Etobicoke, the OBA with Scarborough Stingers AAA, and High Park Little League.

I also trained my son who played ball at UBC. He was the M.V.P. for Richview Collegiate in 2015 and played a big part in winning a City Championship in 2013. Richview is also where MLB star Joey Votto played. Julian also played with the Ontario Blue Jays. He just finished playing Junior AAA ball and has played AAA baseball since the age of 7. My younger son Christian at 17 was MVP for Michael Power High School and is now playing in the U.S. for Vermont State University Castleton and is in his freshman year. I also played High Level Baseball winning a Bantam Championship for Kingsway Baseball Association.

My intention is to improve and make all my clients the best baseball players they can be through finite baseball instruction. My specialty is my attention to detail which is often overlooked by many coaches today. Once I DETECT any technical errors in any area of his OR her game whether it be in hitting,fielding, throwing,etc.. I will CORRECT the flaws with constant communication and demonstration with the appropriate drills with the player so that they can understand right from wrong. Also, I am big on repetition as the game of baseball is basically muscle memory which means doing everything right technically will lead to success, while doing everything wrong will not.

I am able to offer all my clients whatever instruction and part of their game he OR she needs to to work on. Hitting is my specialty but I have expertise in ALL areas of baseball from pitching, throwing, catching, infield work, outfield, and baserunning.

I have also attached below a video of my older son Julian ( who played baseball at UBC, the best baseball program in Canada) and who I have worked meticulously with on all areas of his game. This is the end result and what I hope to instill in all the players that I will be working with moving forward.

I work mostly with OBA Rep and High Park Rep players.
